This product comes in two parts:
(a) the base on which you place the Incense Cone or Short Stick
(b) the 'lid' or cone-shaped cover; which is both pierced and engraved (to allow smoke to waft out of the cone).
You place the Cone shaped cover over the base after lighting the cone or stick
