Cedarwood fragranced Tibetan Incense sticks by Ancient
Cedarwood is associated with 'The power of spiritual strength' and
symbolises the attribute of constant faith. The scent of Cedarwood is common in Tibetan temples, where it's used as both an aromatic and building material. It is a valuable aid to meditation owing to its capacity to bring straying individuals back on the rightful path.
Cedarwood as an aromatic ingredient has a long historical tradition and true Cedar (Pinaceae) trees are native to The Himalayas. It should not be confused with aromatic ingredients from related trees such as Junipers or Cypresses – Cedarwood is rarer, more expensive and much bolder in strength and depth.
